Before going live, please make sure to:

• Test the setup to make sure your camera and microphone are working
• Wear headphones (very important)
• Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to connect - Firefox and Safari have issues with streaming
  • For best results, please use Electron Capture
• Make sure your battery is full or your device is connected to power (preferably, both)
• Use a good microphone (an external mic is highly preferred - here is one option)
• Mute background sounds on your computer, and turn on Do Not Disturb mode
• Mute your cell phone and turn on Do Not Disturb mode
• Keep the background noise to a minimum (dogs, cats, kids, cuckoo clocks, etc.)
• Don't bump your table (bumps will be heard in the recording)
• Test again

2. What's a position that you have that doesn't align with typical stereotypes?
3. What is some data that would explain the problem you're talking about to someone new to the issue?
4. What's next? What do we do?
   • e.g. "Here's one way of solving that, we can move money from XXX that isn't functional to XXX that is..."
